1. Draft status
This Cookie Policy is a practical operating draft and must be reviewed by a qualified Canadian lawyer before launch. It should be updated if Vibeler adds consent-management tooling, advertising pixels, or new analytics vendors.
2. What technologies we use
Vibeler may use cookies, local storage, session storage, device identifiers, server logs, pixels, and similar technologies to run the Services, remember preferences, secure accounts, route custom domains, support payments, and understand aggregate usage.
3. Cookie categories
- Strictly necessary cookies for login, session continuity, CSRF/security controls, auth state, rate limiting, payment redirects, newsletter confirmation/unsubscribe flows, and same-origin API proxy behavior.
- Preference cookies or local storage for theme, interface, locale, playback, and creator-stage display preferences.
- Analytics and performance signals for page visits, content views, product quality, media playback readiness, newsletter events, and creator analytics where the feature is implemented.
- Third-party cookies or redirects from providers such as Stripe, SendGrid links, OpenAI, Cloudflare, or embedded content providers where a selected feature or checkout flow requires them.
4. Your choices
You can control cookies through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login, checkout, protected media, newsletter unsubscribe, or other core functions from working.
If Vibeler adds non-essential tracking that requires consent in a jurisdiction, Vibeler should provide appropriate controls before using it.
