AI and Data Terms
How Vibeler's AI text tools work, what data may be processed, and user responsibilities for AI-assisted content.
Draft for lawyer review: This page is a practical Vibeler policy draft, localized for Canadian requirements where relevant. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by counsel before launch or enforcement.

1. Draft status
These AI and Data Terms are a practical operating draft and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch, especially for privacy, copyright, consumer, platform liability, and AI disclosure requirements.
2. Current AI scope
Vibeler's current AI features are text-only creator assistants for post generation, article generation, and newsletter generation. Vibeler does not currently include AI image generation, AI video generation, AI product generation, or AI course generation.
3. AI data processing
When you use AI features, Vibeler may send your prompt, selected Stage context, draft text, generated output, usage metadata, and related account or credit information to OpenAI or another disclosed AI provider to provide the feature, enforce policies, prevent abuse, and maintain billing/credit records.
OpenAI's business/API terms currently state that business/API data is not used to train models by default, but Vibeler should not promise that AI data is never sent to third parties or that third-party policies cannot change.
4. Your responsibilities
- Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, payment details, government identifiers, health information, children's information, or third-party secrets unless you have authority and a lawful basis.
- Review, edit, fact-check, rights-check, and approve AI output before publishing or sending it.
- Do not use AI output for legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice without a qualified professional.
- Do not use AI tools to create spam, deceptive commercial claims, impersonation, infringing content, harassment, abuse, or content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Keep records of human review where your content, product, course, event, or newsletter claims could affect audience decisions.
5. Credits and limits
AI features consume stage-level credits granted through monthly tier allowances or booster packs. Generation may be unavailable if credits are exhausted, a Stage is downgraded, AI Studio is disabled, a user is banned, payment fails, or a provider/service limit applies.
6. Rights in inputs and outputs
As between you and Vibeler, you retain rights you have in your prompts and own outputs to the extent permitted by law and provider terms. AI output may resemble existing material, may not be protectable, and may require licenses, permissions, edits, attribution, or review before use.
7. Contact
