1. Draft status
This Abuse Reporting page is a practical operating draft and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer and trust/safety owner before launch.
2. What to report
- Spam, phishing, scams, impersonation, fraud, deceptive payments, or suspicious checkout behavior.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, hateful conduct, non-consensual intimate imagery, or safety risks.
- Content involving minors, exploitation, illegal activity, violence, or urgent harm.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity/personality rights, or confidential information misuse.
- Malware, scraping, credential theft, API abuse, rate-limit evasion, or security issues.
- Creator or audience misuse of subscriptions, refunds, tips, coupons, comments, reviews, events, newsletters, or private channels.
3. How to report
Email [email protected] with the affected URL, creator Stage, user handle if available, screenshots or message headers where safe, a description of the issue, and your contact information. For security vulnerabilities, email [email protected]. For immediate danger or threats, contact local emergency services first.
4. How Vibeler responds
Vibeler may review the report, request more information, preserve evidence, contact the creator or user, remove or restrict content, ban users from Stages, suspend accounts, restrict payments or newsletters, report to service providers or authorities, or take no action where the report is unsupported.
We may not be able to disclose the outcome of a report because of privacy, safety, legal, or security reasons.
