Create and publish on Vibeler

Choose the right format, build it in its real editor, and publish it through the lifecycle that format supports.

1. Choose a format

Content formats are connected to Stage channels and capabilities. If a matching channel or capability is not enabled, its authoring workflow will not be available. Start with the format that fits what you want your audience to do.

Implemented creator content formats
FormatPrimary use
PostsUpdates with optional media, creator video, or a poll
ArticlesStructured, long-form block content
NewslettersArticle-based email for opted-in subscribers
Full & short videoUploaded video for dedicated channels
Audio & video podcastsPodcast series and scheduled episodes
Courses & quiz lessonsOrdered chapters, lessons, and graded checks
Digital productsPaid or subscription-access downloads
Start from the matching workspace. Creator Studio groups written drafts, processing media, and scheduled content under Content. Newsletters have their own workspace; courses are under Content > Courses; and downloadable offers are under Products. Each course or product is connected to a matching Stage channel.

2. Written content

Posts

Write an update, then optionally attach images, select one of your existing videos, or add an audience poll. You can save a draft, choose the destination post or community channel, configure comments and tips, publish now, or schedule a future time. A community channel can require member posts to wait for admin approval.

Articles

Use the block editor for headings, paragraphs, lists, images with captions, creator videos, tables, code, dividers, embeds, and sections. An article can stay in drafts, use a thumbnail, publish now or later, configure comments and tips, and credit Stage admins or guest authors.

Newsletters

Newsletters use the same structured writing foundation as articles, with separate email settings and delivery. They require the Newsletter capability and send only to opted-in subscribers. You can publish immediately or schedule them; queued, sending, completed, no-recipient, and failed delivery states are tracked separately from publication.

Guest authors receive credit, not access. A guest-author record can be shown on supported content, but it does not grant a Vibeler account, Studio access, or editing permission.

3. Video & podcasts

Upload a full video or vertical Short, then choose its channel and configure the title, description, thumbnail, comments, tips, and optional schedule. Uploading creates the published item, but audience playback waits until processing succeeds. Studio keeps the item visible while it processes and offers a retry when processing fails.

A podcast channel has an audio or video series with a title, description, thumbnail, cover art, category, language, and Stage-admin hosts. Episodes add a title, description, thumbnail, comments, tips, and optional scheduling. Episode and season numbers can be added later in episode settings. Podcast playback follows the same processing and retry flow as video.

Current media boundaries. Vibeler does not enforce one fixed duration for every Short, and podcast chapter markers are not part of the current editor. Public podcast series have an RSS feed, but submitting that feed to external podcast directories remains your responsibility.

4. Courses, quizzes & products

Courses

In Creator Studio, open Content > Courses to configure the course overview, pricing, access, and ordered curriculum. A lesson can be an Article, Video, Audio, Quiz, PDF Viewer, Resource, Code Example, or Embed. Each lesson has its own published state, optional public preview, student-comment setting, and estimated time. Audio and video lessons become available to learners only after their media is ready.

Quiz lessons

Build graded quizzes with single-choice or multiple-choice questions. Set question points, required answers, help text, explanations, the passing score, a maximum number of attempts or unlimited retries, and whether correct answers appear after submission. Enrolled learners must pass the quiz before the lesson is completed. If you change the quiz, Vibeler keeps new attempts tied to the updated quiz revision.

Digital products

Open Products in Creator Studio to manage a downloadable offer. Product setup includes a title, rich description, thumbnail, showcase media, delivery files, what-is-inside and specification fields, credited authors, optional public sales count, fixed pricing and coupons, or subscription-plan access.

Publishing checks the complete offer. A course needs a title, description, course channel, at least one chapter and published lesson, valid lesson attachments, and a positive one-time price or subscription-plan access. A product needs a title, description, product channel, at least one downloadable file, and the same kind of paid or subscription access path.

5. AI-assisted drafting

AI Studio can draft posts, articles, and newsletters when your Stage has the applicable AI capability and credits. Generated text opens in the normal editor, where you review, revise, save, and publish it yourself.

Quiz AI lives inside the Quiz lesson builder. Choose 1 to 20 questions, a difficulty, and whether to include multiple-choice questions; add an optional focus prompt. The generator can use the course, lesson, and current lesson text as context. It returns an editable quiz draft and reports the credits used.

AI never publishes the result for you. A quiz generation replaces the quiz currently shown in the editor, but it is not saved to the lesson until you save your changes. Vibeler does not currently generate video, podcast episodes, complete courses, or digital products.

6. Publication states

Check the state that belongs to the format you are working with. Publication, media readiness, email delivery, and course completion are related, but they are not the same state.

Written content
Posts, articles, and newsletters can remain drafts, publish now, or be scheduled for a future time.
Uploaded media
Videos and podcast episodes are created as published uploads. They can be scheduled and remain visible in Studio while playback is processing or needs a retry.
Courses, lessons, and products
These use explicit draft or published states and must meet their content and access requirements. They do not use the editorial scheduler.

Community moderation can hold member posts for approval. Newsletter delivery remains separate from publication, and a published quiz lesson is completed only when an enrolled learner earns its passing score.
